Park Place has been entirely refreshed for the 2024 NFL Season, and features 4 bedrooms, with all new furniture throughout, new flooring, new fixtures, new paint, a refinished basement, and a new Party Garage with a front/back bar into the backyard, two patios, four oversized flat screen TVs with YouTubeTV, NFL Sunday Ticket, and NFL RedZone included.  The kitchen is fully stocked with all new accessories, and the house has one and a half baths.  

We offer high speed Spectrum wifi internet throughout, as well as YouTubeTV with NFL Sunday Ticket and NFL Redzone included.
